The Covid-19 global pandemic affected everyone. It has called each of us to reevaluate how we’re living, how we choose to nourish our body, what we eat, and how we behave.
The CDC guidelines forced us to shelter in place and social distance while being challenged to pay attention to our self-care. Many of us have been forced to focus on ourselves and ask: Is my
life aligned with my personal values? Am I doing my best to love my body? Am I doing the work I am meant to do in the world? What habits am I willing to get rid of that are not serving me for my better good?
The Covid-19 pandemic may have made it difficult for some to focus on their health, thus possibly resulting in unhealthy practices. It is never too late to start taking care of yourself in order to live a happy, healthy lifestyle.
